I have always loved waves - painting one in watercolour was a fun challenge. The fragile, airy quality of evanescent things, such as a wave mean "to evaporate" or "to vanish.” I picked this name for my Wave painting as waves occur quickly and represent a moment or a flash of magic while they are happening before vanishing into the ocean. We’ve added a hand cut double mat board to this painting. This can be optional upon request. The frame is available if purchased in person at my home studio or at a market. As always pick up for no additional shipping costs is available by visiting my studio in Qualicum Beach
