Payment options

We accept payment via SquareSpace All major credit cards are accepted. If you prefer to use E Transfer please do not order through the shop but contact Jen directly via email - jencurtis@telus.net. Also, any orders can be picked up for no additional shipping charges at my studio in Qualicum Beach, BC.
Shipping

We ship via Canada Post when ever possible. Letter mail will be used for cards, small prints and original art, bags and pillowcovers will be mailed using expedited shipping. Some products that are made in Montreal may ship directly to you by the manufacturer. However, for those living close to Qualicum, pick up locally is also an option and will be free.
Currently we will ship cards only, to the US and other countries by request only however please contact me for that option prior to purchasing. All duties and tariffs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns for 60 days from purchase. Items must be shipped at the buyers expense in the same manner that was used to ship to you and must be received in original condition.
Any package that arrives damaged must be documented by photographing the packaging and the damaged article before any refund or exchange can take place. please contact me if this situation occurs.
